Saturday 28th March sees the big launch of Team Sheppard, starting with an announcement and interview with the man behind it all Kevin Sheppard on BBC Gloucestershire Radio.
I will be attempting the world's toughest Polar Challenge by racing 350 miles across the High Arctic to the Magnetic North Pole. During the Challenge I will be battling against extreme dangers such as falling through thin ice, hypothermia, severe frostbite & encountering one of the world’s most dangerous predators - The Polar Bear!
To me the Polar Challenge is a short term means to my longer term ambitions of making a lasting difference to children's lives through the work of Team Sheppard. Also during the next 14 months I shall be raising money and awareness to support bereaved children through Winston's Wish.
Please help, if you feel Winston's Wish is a worthwhile cause, please donate and help spread awareness to all you're family and friends. Keep logging into my website and follow me in my build up to the Polar Challenge and the event itself!
Be a part of the Team Sheppard experience and help to 'make a difference'.
